About me
Hi everyone, I'm Sam!
How did I become a photographer you may ask?
Well, I was a pediatric dental assistant for about 8 years and soon after starting there I had my first daughter. The first daughter was soon followed by a second and I made the decision to become a stay-at-home mom for a few years. I returned to work for a short time but our family had decided to welcome foster children into our home. This was when we knew that going back to a job with minimum flexibility full-time just wouldn’t be an option. That is when I found a great interest in photography. I began taking different photography classes here and there and decided that I would love to do this part-time. Part-time quickly became full-time and I left my job to dive fully into capturing memories. I love making every photoshoot fun and comfortable from weddings to family photos. I’ll admit the shoots with kids are some of my favorite!
